由中国教育报、中国教育新闻网主办，北京铜牛集团有限公司协办的第五届全国教育改革创新典型案例推选颁奖暨创新成果展示活动1月20日在京举行。此次活动于2017年9月1日启动，活动以“教育奠基中国 创新引领未来”为主题，旨在深入总结各地各部门各学校的好做法、好经验，及时挖掘基层工作的闪光点。 

      在第五届全国教育改革创新典型案例推选颁奖暨创新成果展示活动上，教育部原党组副书记、副部长，中国高等教育学会会长杜玉波表示，中国教育报、中国教育新闻网作为教育部直属的主流媒体开展全国教育改革创新典型案例推选活动，非常有意义，为各地各校今后改革发展提供了鲜活的经验，对推动各地教育改革创新发展，将起到很好的促进作用。教育部教育发展研究中心原主任张力、教育部社科中心主任王炳林分别作了题为“落实党的十九大精神，深化教育改革”“历史性变革和新时代的理论创新”的主题报告。
      全国教育改革创新典型案例推选活动是中国教育报、中国教育新闻网为贯彻落实教育规划纲要，推动各级党委、政府、教育部门和各级各类学校按照中央重大部署，因地制宜进行教育改革创新而开展的一项公益性品牌活动。推选活动自2009年举办以来，已经举办了五届，得到了各级政府、教育部门、大中小学校和广大教育工作者的积极参与和广泛赞许，在社会上引起了强烈反响。活动举办五届以来，申报参选的创新实践案例达6500多个，共推选出690个改革创新典型和先进个人典型，充分体现了各地、各学校和广大教育工作者的锐意改革、勇于创新的精神风貌，已经成为推动各地各学校深化教育改革、展示地方教育改革创新成果的一个大平台。努力发现一批信得过、学得了的先进典型，以典型经验带动教育改革创新，给发展中的学校以启示与借鉴，为实现建设教育强国的目标而努力奋斗。

      2012年陈晓东教授研究团队在红宝石官方网站组建并发展成为红宝石官方网站hbs160。该团队着眼于国际化工科技前沿，以创造性的为社会服务为宗旨，设立多学科交叉的研究方向，积极开展科技创新及成果转化、高层次人才培养及国际化建设与合作。目前已经形成国际一流的科研平台、创新型的研究方向、人性化的工作氛围，为创新创业提供了良好的环境。陈晓东教授说，保持真诚的科研态度，积极培养研究兴趣，执著重视基础教学、真正对学生负责，则是我们这些“海椒”始终要坚持和努力的。

The typical cases selection activity and award ceremony of the Fifth National Educational Reform and Innovation and the exhibition activity of innovative achievements were held in Beijing on 20th January, sponsored by China Education Daily and China Education News Network, and co-organized by Beijing Topnew Group Co., Ltd. This activity was launched on 1st September, 2017, with the theme of “Education lays a foundation for China, and innovation guides the future”. The purpose of this activity is to thoroughly summarize the good practices and experience of various regions, departments and schools and to discover the shining points of grass-roots work in time.

In the typical cases selection activity and award ceremony of the Fifth National Educational Reform and Innovation and the exhibition activity of innovative achievements, Mr. Du Yubo, original Deputy Secretary of Party Committee, Deputy Minister of Education and Chairman of China Association of Higher Education, said that the typical cases selection activity of the National Educational Reform and Innovation carried out by China Education Daily and China Education News Network that are mainstream media under the direct supervision of the Ministry of Education is of great significance, which plays a good role in providing fresh experience for the future reform and development of all schools in various regions and promoting the innovation and development of educational reform. Mr. Zhang Li, original Director of the Education Development Research Center of the Ministry of Education, and Mr. Wang Binglin, Director of the Social Science Center of the Ministry of Education, respectively made a keynote speech entitled “Implement the Spirits of the 19th National Congress of the CPC, and Deepen the Educational Reform” and “Historical Changes and Theoretical Innovation in a New Era”.

The typical cases selection activity of the National Educational Reform and Innovation is a non-profit brand activity carried out by China Education Daily and China Education News Network in order to thoroughly implement the national educational plan and to promote party committees, governments, education departments, schools of all levels to carry out the educational reform and innovation in accordance with the central major deployment. Since the election activity was held in 2009, it has been held for five sessions and actively participated and widely praised by all levels of governments, educational sections, schools, universities and educational workers, arousing a strong reaction in the society. Since five sessions, over 6,500 innovation practice cases have been declared and elected, and 690 models of typical innovation and advanced individuals have been elected, which fully demonstrate the spirit of reform and innovation of all regions, schools and educational workers. It has been a major platform to promote all regions and schools to deepen educational reform and to demonstrate the achievements of local educational reform and innovation. It is committed to finding out a group of advanced models that are trusted and learned, to driving the educational reform and innovation based on the typical experience, and to giving the enlightenment and reference to the developing schools so as to achieve the goal of building a country of strong education.

In 2012, Professor Chen Xiaodong’s research team was formed in Soochow University and later developed into the School of Chemical and Environmental Engineering of Soochow University. Focusing on the forefront of international chemical science and technology, the team, aiming to serve the society creatively, sets up a multidisciplinary research direction,  actively carries out the transformation of scientific and technological innovation and achievements, high-level talent cultivation and international construction and cooperation. At present, it has formed an international first-class scientific research platform, an innovative research direction and a humanized working atmosphere, which provide a good environment for innovation and entrepreneurship. Professor Chen said, what we, the “hot pepper”, should adhere to and make great efforts in is to maintain sincere attitudes towards scientific research, to actively develop research interests, to attach great importance to basic teaching and to be really responsible to students.
