第二届中澳乳品未来技术联合研讨会 — 奶酪技术研讨会成功召开

2018年10月18日,奶酪技术研讨会于中粮营养健康研究院成功举行,并圆满落下帷幕。本次会议由红宝石官方网站主办,中粮营养健康研究院、澳大利亚蒙纳士大学、法国国立农业研究院、蒙牛乳业共同协办。来自澳大利亚、中国、法国和其他多个国家的高校、科研院所和企业界的100余位专家参会,共同探讨和展示乳品行业、特别是奶酪相关的先进加工水平和创新技术能力,联合开发高价值高技术应用,引领新乳品市场。

大会于18日上午正式开幕,中粮营养健康研究院院长郝小明、澳大利亚驻华大使馆科技参赞邦乔安(Joanna Bunting)分别致开幕词,中国科技部国际合作司蔡嘉宁副司长请陈晓东院士转达对大会召开的祝贺。

会议上半部分,中澳乳品联合研究中心中方和澳方负责人分别介绍了各方的研究进展,随后由法国国立农业研究院(INRA)Romain教授、Gwenael教授、Didier教授分别做了奶酪技术学术报告,并举行中澳科技“政府-企业-研究机构”合作圆桌论坛。

会议下半部分,中粮营养健康研究院、蒙牛乳业、Arla、Bega奶酪、杜邦和恒天然,分别对奶酪产品的市场现状和发展前景进行讨论。

在奶酪展示与葡萄酒品鉴环节,参会嘉宾对各乳品企业展出的不同种类的奶酪制品进行了品鉴,澳大利亚葡萄酒局为品鉴活动提供了葡萄酒以及香槟。

10月19日,与会的20余位澳方代表分别参观了蒙牛乳业呼和浩特和林格尔六期研发及生产基地、蒙牛通州生产基地。

中澳联合中心于2016年由中国科技部与澳大利亚工业、创新与科学部联合批准成立,旨在进一步加强中澳双方在乳制品上的合作交流。成立近两年时间,中澳乳品联合中心已成为两国乳品研究机构的连接桥梁,开展市场与消费者研究,开发功能性新产品,研发新型加工技术,大力倡导优质乳制品文化。在2018年9月中国科技部开展的项目评估中,中澳乳品中心被评为“优”。

On October 18, 2018, the Cheese Technology Symposium was successfully held in the COFCO Nutrition and Health Research Institute and came to a successful conclusion. The symposium was hosted by Soochow University, and co-organized by COFCO Nutrition and Health Research Institute, Australia Monash University, National Institute for Agricultural Research - France, and Mengniu Dairy. More than 100 experts from universities, research institutions and business circles in Australia, China, France and many other countries attended the symposium and jointly discussed and showcased the advanced processing level and innovative technology capabilities of the dairy industry, especially those related to cheese, to jointly develop high-value and high-tech applications and lead the new dairy market.

The symposium was officially opened in the morning of October 18. Hao Xiaoming, Dean of the COFCONutrition and Health Research Institute, and Joanna Bunting, Technology Counselor of Australian Embassy in China, respectively delivered opening speeches. Cai Jianing, Deputy Director of the Department of International Cooperation, Ministry of Science and Technology of the People’s Republic of China, asked Academician Chen Xiaodong to convey his congratulations on the convening of the symposium.

In the first half of the symposium, the Chinese and Australian responsible persons from the Australia-China Dairy Joint Research Center respectively introduced their research progresses, followed by the academic reports on cheese technology respectively made by Professor Romain, Professor Gwenael and Professor Didier from National Institute for Agricultural Research – France (INRA), and the China-Australia Science and Technology “Government-Enterprise-Research Institute” Cooperation Roundtable Forum. In the second half of the symposium, COFCO Nutrition and Health Research Institute, Mengniu Dairy, Arla, Bega Cheese, DuPont and Fonterra discussed the current market condition and development prospects of cheese products. During the cheese exhibition and wine tasting sessions, the attendees tasted different types of cheese products exhibited by the dairy companies, and the Wine Australia provided wine and champagne for the tasting activity.

On October 19, more than 20 Australian representatives respectively visited the Mengniu Dairy Hohhot and Helingeer Phase 6 R&D and manufacturing bases, and Mengniu Tongzhou manufacturing base.

The Australia-China Diary Joint Research Center was established in 2016 with the joint approval of the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People’s Republic of China and Department of Industry, Innovation and Science Australia, to further strengthen the cooperation and exchange between China and Australia on dairy products. In the past two years after its establishment, the China-Australia Dairy Joint Center has become a connection bridge between dairy research institutes in both countries, conducting market and consumer research, developing new functional products, developing new processing technologies, and vigorously advocating high-quality dairy culture. In the project evaluation conducted by the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People’s Republic of China in September 2018, the Australia-China Diary Joint Research Center was rated as “Excellent”.
