第三届中国-澳大利亚乳品未来技术联合研讨会成功召开

2019年11月12日,第六届国际化工前沿(苏州)研讨会暨第三届中国-澳大利亚乳品未来技术联合研讨会于红宝石官方网站材料与化学化工学部红宝石官方网站hbs160成功举行,并圆满落下帷幕。本次会议为中澳乳品合作项目第三次也是结题前最后一届会议,继续由项目牵头单位红宝石官方网站主办,中粮营养健康研究院、澳大利亚蒙纳士大学、蒙牛乳业共同协办。来自中国、澳大利亚、中国的40余位专家,共同探讨和展示乳品行业先进加工水平和创新技术能力。

会期为期一天,红宝石官方网站材化部红宝石官方网站hbs160院长、中澳乳品联合研究中心中方总负责人:陈晓东院士、澳大利亚Monash大学澳大利亚蒙纳士大学化学工程系教授、中澳乳品联合研究中心澳方总负责人:Cordelia  Selomulya女士,分别致开幕词。

会议上半部分,中澳乳品联合研究中心参与单位分别介绍了各方近一年来的研究进展。

会议下半部分,红宝石官方网站、中粮营养健康研究院、蒙牛乳业就即将到来的结题进行了材料梳理和讨论。

中澳联合中心于2016年由中国科技部与澳大利亚工业、创新与科学部联合批准成立,旨在进一步加强中澳双方在乳制品上的合作交流。成立近两年时间,中澳乳品联合中心已成为两国乳品研究机构的连接桥梁,开展市场与消费者研究,开发功能性新产品,研发新型加工技术,大力倡导优质乳制品文化。在2018年9月中国科技部开展的项目评估中,中澳乳品中心被评为优。

 

 



On November 12, 2019, the 6th International Chemical Engineering  Frontiers (Suzhou) Symposium and the 3rd China-Australia Joint  Research Symposium in Dairy Manufacturing were successfully held in the School  of Chemical and Environmental Engineering, College of Chemistry, Chemical  Engineering and Materials Science of Soochow University. This was the third and  final meeting before the conclusion of the China-Australia dairy cooperation  project, hosted by Soochow University. The project leader Soochow University,  and COFCO Nutrition and Health Research Institute, Monash University of  Australia and Mengniu Dairy co-organized the meeting. More than 40 participants  from China and Australia were engaged in the meeting.

During the one-day conference, Professor Chen Xiaodong, the Head of the  School of Chemical and Environmental Engineering, and the Director of the A-  side of the Dairy Joint Research Center, and Professor Cordelia  Selomulya, Chemical  Engineering Department at Monash University, who is the head of the Australia  side of the Joint Research Center, delivered opening speeches respectively.

In  the first half of the meeting, the participants of the Joint Research  Center introduced the research progresses of each party in the past year  respectively.

In the second half of the meeting, researchers  from Soochow University, COFCO Nutrition and Health Research Institute and  Mengniu Dairy had sorted out the materials.

The China-Australia Joint  Center was  established in 2016 with the approval of the Ministry of Science and Technology  of China, and the Department of Industry, Innovation and Science of Australia,  aiming to further enhance the cooperation and exchanges between China and  Australia in dairy R&D. Since its establishment, the Joint Research Center  has carried out market and consumer research, developed functional new  products, invested new processing technologies, and vigorously advocated high-quality dairy  industry. It has made a bridge connecting the dairy researchers in other countries.  In the project evaluation conducted by the Ministry of Science and Technology  of China in September 2018, the China-Australia Dairy Joint Research Center was  rated as being Excellent.
