教育及工作经历：

2007年-2013年期间在厦门大学就读并获得生物工程学士，及化学工程硕士学位。2014年在红宝石官方网站综合奖学金与法国国立农业与食品高等研究学院博士奖学金的资助下，参与了红宝石官方网站与Agrocampus Ouest的博士联合培养项目。博士期间师从陈晓东教授，Romain Jeantet教授及Gwénaël Jan博士，在法国国家农业研究院（INRA）与Agro-campus Ouest联合实验室及红宝石官方网站化学工程实验室从事益生菌细胞耐受性及活菌喷雾干燥技术的研究，于2017年获得法国国立农业与食品高等研究学院食品科学博士学位，并获得中国国家留学基金管理委员会颁发的2017年度国家优秀自费留学生奖学金。博士毕业后加入杜邦营养与健康中国研发中心，担任菌种研发科学家，并作为技术领导人参与工业研发项目。

Education and career：

Dr. Song Huang is a scientist in China Innovation team, DuPont Nutrition & Health. He received his BS degree in Biological Engineering (2007) and MEng degree in Chemical Engineering (2013) from Xiamen University, Xiamen, China. In 2014, he got his PhD scholarship from Soochow University (China) and Agrocampus Ouest (France), and began his Joint PhD project between Soochow University and Agrocampus Ouest. During his PhD, he followed Prof. Xiao Dong Chen, Prof. Romain Jeantet and Dr Gwénaël Jan, worked on the topics of probiotic cellular stress tolerance and probiotic spray drying technology at the INRA-Agrocampus Ouest united lab (STLO) and Suzhou Key Lab of Green Chemical Engineering. He received his PhD degree in Food Science from Agrocampus Ouest in 2017, and was granted “The 2017 Chinese Government Award for Outstanding Self-financed Students Abroad” by China Scholarship Council. After his PhD, he joined DuPont Nutrition & Health as a scientist in China Innovation team in 2017, and work on an industrial research project as a technical leader.
