教育及工作经历:

1986年华东师范大学环境科学系研究生毕业,获理学硕士学位;2005年华东师范大学资源与环境学院获理学博士学位。1989-1998年任教于河南省信阳师范学院化工系;1998- 红宝石官方网站材料与化学化工学部任教授,分析化学专业及环境工程专业研究生导师。多年来,一直从事环境科学与技术领域的教学与科研工作。主要从事优先监控污染物生态效应与毒理、水体退化机制及生态修复方面的基础研究;环境难降解污染物资源化及处理新技术研发;工业有机废气等离子体处理新技术与装备研发;纤维材料等离子体改性及功能织物高效制备及其环境应用研究。近年来,作为主要负责人承担并完成“863”重点工程与示范项目1项、承担并完成国家自然科学基金项目1项、承担并完成省科技攻关项目3项、国家生态环保部危险固废环境风险评价与管理项目及江苏省湿地重点项目各1项;同时承担中石化公司等企业委托研发项目数十项。在制革、发酵、造纸、印染、石化、电镀、合成氨、制药等行业的废水处理及资源化研究方面有多项技术成果获得全国行业最有价值新技术奖。先后在国内外学术期刊发表专业学术论文113篇;已授权国家专利32项。

课题组研究方向:

刘德启教授团队污染分析化学与污染物生态毒理学研究;退化水体生态修复技术与理论;水污染与控制技术;工业有机废气等离子体处理新技术与装备研发;纤维材料等离子体改性及功能织物高效制备及其环境应用研究等。

科研成果:

至今发表SCI论文60余篇,申请国内外专利20余件(已获授权美国专利2件、中国发明专利7件);近五年,主持国家及省部级重点项目5项,以及多项产学研合作项目,主持项目及成果转让到帐经费合计超过1500万元;为合作公司在2018-2020年度创造新增销售收入超过4亿元,新增利润9500余万元。
